I've updated our package of common controls for Visual Smalltalk.  The new package contains the same features as the one previously posted, along with the following changes:
Most of the changes in this package are defect fixes.  Where possible, we've repackaged our extensions as subclasses of the stock common controls, with the T4 prefix.
T4DockableGroupPane		Now works with any TopPane (previous version worked only with
		MDIFrame).
		Now works properly with ToolPane/StatusPane (previous version worked only
		with Toolbar/StatusWindow).
T4Toolbar	Protocol for enabling/disabling the use of text labels.
		Added getMaxSize and noResizeStyle: for use with Pager control.
		Fixed built-in support for customization.
		Added #setButtonStructSize, to ensure compatibility with newer versions
		of ComCtl32.dll.
Bitmap		New method for loading transparent bitmaps, from ComCtl32.dll.
Navigator Demo	The navigator demo demonstrates the T4DockableGroupPane
		as well as the custom-draw protocol in TreeView.

The prerequisites are VSW 3.1.2c.  Needs WBPro 3.1.2 run-time files for the Navigator demo.  Note that it depends on some changes in VSW 3.1.2c, so you'll have problems if you use older versions.
